Kashton Vogler Custer Park IL Obituary – The hearts of the Vogler and Muller families—and indeed, of the entire Custer Park community—are heavy with sorrow as they mourn the unimaginable loss of young Kashton M. Vogler, who passed away on May 15, 2025, at just three years old.

Kashton was the cherished son of Stephan and Casandra Vogler, and in his short but beautiful life, he brought boundless joy, laughter, and light to those around him. Known for his radiant smile and infectious giggle, Kashton had a rare and special ability to brighten any room he entered. His energy was boundless, his spirit was joyful, and his heart—so full of kindness—touched everyone he met.

Though his years were few, Kashton made a lasting impact on those lucky enough to know him. He was the beloved little brother of Nathan, Gavin, and Ryden, whom he adored and admired deeply. His admiration for his older brothers was apparent in the sparkle in his eyes whenever they played together or shared a laugh. The bond between them was filled with love, and the memories they created as siblings will be cherished forever.

Kashton’s life was also richly blessed by the deep love of his grandparents: Jerry and Sue Muller, Jeff and Debbie Notter, and Stephen Vogler, who embraced every moment with him—from quiet storytelling sessions to warm hugs and playful laughter. Their love for Kashton was immeasurable, and their hearts now carry the profound ache of his absence.

Beyond his immediate family, Kashton was deeply loved by an extended circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins who delighted in his curiosity and sweet nature. He held a special place in the hearts of Billy (Katie) Frickenstein, Tim (Katie) Frickenstein, Derek (Katie) Vogler, Jay (Taylor) Muller, Joe (Jess) Muller, Charisse Vogler, Allisha Vogler, AJ Vogler, and his cousins Ryan and Payson. Each will remember Kashton not only for his boundless energy and innocent joy, but for the unique and unforgettable spirit he brought into their lives.

A visitation to honor and remember Kashton will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at R.W. Patterson Funeral Home in Braidwood, IL. Family, friends, and members of the community are warmly invited to attend and share in the remembrance of this beautiful young life.

Though Kashton’s time with us was heartbreakingly brief, the love he gave and received in return is eternal. His memory will live on in the stories, photos, and laughter shared by those who loved him. As his family grieves, they take comfort in knowing that Kashton’s light—though no longer physically present—will never fade.

Rest in peace, sweet Kashton. You will forever be loved, and forever missed.
